ease your trouble

suddenly ended a phone call, compelled by the realization that i have reached a suitable age to make my own decisions. time to pull one foot over the other and shake off this stagnation. growing up means growing out, not in.
and although i know enough to stay out of the suburbs, today i chose sunny d over what was literaly "some purple stuff". choosing a refreshing drink isn't always about choosing a refreshing drink, you know. sometimes it's an apology to an old friend...too little and too late.
